Folklore

Taurus the Bull is one of the oldest named constellations; bulls were honored as symbols of fertility and strength across the ancient Mediterranean, and Greek myth tells of Zeus taking the form of a white bull. Traditional astrology gives the sign to Venus, which explains its love of beauty, food, music and the comforts of home. Its season falls around Beltane, when the land is green and growing, and many witches turn to it for prosperity, grounding and loyal love.
