How do I sign up for my free account and what do I receive?

I signed up for the free course and want to learn more. Can I upgrade my account?
| Yes! You can upgrade your account anytime you wish by first logging into your account and then clicking here |
Is there any long term commitment when I sign up for Wicca Academy?
| No, you are free to cancel at anytime. There is no long term commitment. |
How do I earn degrees?
You can earn degrees from Wicca Academy by completing our courses with a passing grade. As of now we have 3 degrees you can earn.Â

How do I get a degree shipped to me?
Your degree will be automatically shipped to you after you earn it. Make sure your address in your account is entered correctly.
If you don’t receive your degree within a month of completing your 3rd, 6th, or 9th course, please contact support.
Will there be more courses in the future?
Yes. It takes a lot of time and effort to craft quality courses. We add a new course every few months.
How do I join the Wicca Academy Facebook group?

Does Wicca Academy have a store that I can buy supplies from?

I don't know much about Wicca but want to learn. Am I too inexperienced to join?
| No! We welcome students of all skill levels to join. We have students that have practiced the craft for years and some that have started the day they signed up. |
The site looks messed up!
We’re constantly improving the site for our members. Sometimes when we make changes to the site your browser remembers the old version and causes problems. A hard refresh can help clear out the old version and get the new version of the site from our servers.
My courses are missing!
Sometimes weird bugs in the system cause your courses to go missing. If that happens to you please contact support so that we can assist you!

How do I cancel my membership?
| Once logged into your account click here. From there you can click on “subscriptions” and manage your membership. |
How do I delete my account?
We highly recommend that you do not delete your account. When you delete your account you lose all of your progress, and we lose information about any orders that you’ve made. That can be a problem if you decide to come back.
We recommend keeping your account. You can cancel your membership, unsubscribe from emails and texts, but keep your account.
If for some reason you really want to delete your account, then you can contact support for assistance.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Just cancel your existing membership, and sign up for the new membership that you want.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
You can unsubscribe from emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
How do I unsubscribe from text messages?
You can unsubscribe from text messages by responding STOP to any Wicca Academy text message.
I only have quizzes, no lessons
Sometimes students have a hard time finding the lesson videos. Make sure to check the tutorial to learn how to get to your lesson videos.
My Lifetime Membership isn't listed under Subscriptions on my account
Because the Lifetime Membership is a one-time payment, it is considered a product rather than a subscription. You’ll see your Lifetime Membership listed under My Orders in your account.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password on the reset password page. If you don’t receive the email please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, you can contact support to have your password manually reset. Let support know that you’ve already tried the reset password page.
How do I access my downloads?

How do I update my billing information?

How do I update my address?
