The Website is operated by the Company and hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Some features of the Website are provided by service providers that work on the Company’s behalf; they are listed in section 3. 1. Information Collected
The Company collects personal and non-personal information that you provide while interacting with the Website. The personal information that the Company may collect includes your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, account login details, payment information, order history and order details, and your course progress and quiz results. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and PayPal, Inc.; the Company does not receive or store your full card number. The non-personal information that the Company may collect includes your browser type, the URL of previous websites visited by you (or by others using your computer or device), your internet service provider, operating system, and your internet protocol address.
The Company may use analytic and reporting technologies to record non-personal information such as internet domain and host names, internet protocol addresses, browser software, operating system types, click patterns and the dates and times that the Website is accessed by you. The Company may engage a third party to help manage, monitor and optimize the Website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising, communications and users’ interaction with the Website. The Company may use web beacons and cookies (described below) for this purpose.
Your use of the Website and your disclosure of information to the Company constitutes your consent to the Company’s collection of that information and the use of that information as described in this Policy.
2. Use of Information by the Company

The Company may use third parties to provide certain services or features on the Website, and third parties who help the Company provide, maintain and improve the Website and the Company’s products and services. The Company may disclose your personal information to such third parties. These currently include: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, data storage and video streaming); Stripe, Inc. and PayPal, Inc. (payments); Amazon Web Services, Inc. (sending email); Google LLC (the Company’s email); EasyPost and the United States Postal Service (shipping orders); Meta Platforms, Inc. (if you message the Company on Facebook or Instagram); and Anthropic, PBC (artificial intelligence used to write some Website content, such as horoscopes). The Company has no control over how third party vendors collect or use your personal information and these third-party vendors may have terms, conditions and privacy policies that differ from this Policy.
The Company may disclose your personal and non-personal information to its own affiliates, including but not limited to, Bella’s Calling, Inc., Arrowmistic, LLC, and Cultured Quotes, LLC, for marketing, advertising and demographic analysis.
The Company may share your personal information with a third party if it is merged with another business or otherwise undergoes a change of control, another entity acquires the Company or substantially all of its our assets, or in preparation for any of these events. Also, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against the Company, all such information may be considered an asset of the Company and as such, may be sold or transferred to third parties. Any third party to which the Company transfers or sells its assets will have the right to continue to use this information in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.
The Company may disclose non-personal information, in aggregate form that is not expressly associated with your personal information, to potential strategic partners, advertisers, investors, customers and others. You may not opt-out of the sharing of this information.
4. Cookies, Tokens and Web Beacons

6. Privacy of Minors
The Website is intended for adults only. The Company will not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children under the age of 18. In addition, the Company will delete any information in the Company’s database that the Company knows originates from a child under the age of 18.
Children under the age of 13 are expressly prohibited from using the Website.
7. Opting Out of Communications
If you do not want to receive promotional, marketing or other communications from the Company or its affiliates, you may opt-out by following the instructions included in each email communication or by emailing us at [email protected].
8. Changes to Policy
This Policy is subject to change at any time. Changes to the Policy will be posted on the Website. 10. Tarot Readings, Birth Charts and Your Book of Shadows
Tarot readings. When you ask for a tarot reading, the Company saves the question you ask, the cards drawn and the reading to your account so you can come back to your past readings. Your question and cards are sent to the Company’s AI service provider, Anthropic, PBC, which uses them to write your reading. Members of the Company’s team may read the questions and readings, individually or in summary form, to look after the service and to understand which topics members are interested in. If you remove a reading from your account, it is hidden from you, but the Company may keep a copy.
Birth chart and Witch Profile. If you save your birth chart, the Company stores the birth date, birth time (if you give one) and birth place you enter, the chart calculated from them, and your answers to the witch type quiz. The Company may add your Sun, Moon and Rising signs and your witch type to your account record and use them to personalize the content and emails you receive. You can change or remove your birth details at any time on the Birth Chart page.
Book of Shadows. The pages, spell journal entries and photos you add to your Book of Shadows are stored with your account and are private: they are not shown to other members, and the Company’s team does not read them in the normal course of business. The Company sees only summary information, such as how many pages you have written. The Company may access them only where needed to help you when you ask for support, to keep the Website secure, or to comply with the law. You can delete your pages and photos at any time.
