Questions

All FAQs

Is Lifetime really one payment?

Yes. You pay once and keep your membership for life. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. At checkout you can choose Afterpay to split the price into 4 interest-free payments (US only). Or choose the Monthly Membership: 7 days for $7, then $39 a month.

How does the 7-day trial work?

You pay $7 today and get everything right away. We also place a $39 hold on your card for your first month. A hold is not a charge: on day 7 it is charged and your Monthly Membership continues at $39 a month. Cancel before then in My Info and the hold is released right away. The trial is once per person.

What happens after I buy?

Your membership starts right away. If you are new, you will choose a password and can start any course straight from your dashboard.

What if it is not for me?

Every Lifetime Membership comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Just contact us within 60 days.

I already pay monthly. Can I switch to Lifetime?

Yes. Buy Lifetime and we stop your monthly plan for you, so you are not charged again. If you need help, contact us and we will sort it out.

What currency are the prices in?

All prices are in US dollars. If you live outside the US, your bank converts the price at its exchange rate.
