• Long-term discipline. Choose one habit you want to build over the next season. Mark each day you keep it on a calendar, trusting slow, patient effort to add up over time.

Folklore

Saturn was the farthest planet the ancients could see, moving slowly across the sky, so it came to stand for time, limits and old age. The Romans named it for their god of sowing and of a past golden age, linked with the Greek Cronus. Astrologers called it the greater malefic, but also the great teacher who rewards patience. Its metal is lead. Witches call on Saturn for protection, banishing, binding unwanted influences, discipline and honoring ancestors.
