History and folklore
Eucalyptus trees are native to Australia, where Aboriginal Australians have used the leaves for generations. In the 1800s colonists distilled the oil and planted eucalyptus around the world, partly in the belief that the trees cleaned the air of fever-causing miasmas. Its fresh scent became the smell of cold remedies and saunas. Witches use eucalyptus for cleansing and protection and in spells that support healing, always alongside proper medical care.

Keep away from pets, especially cats, and out of reach of children. Eucalyptus is toxic if swallowed and is toxic to cats, dogs and horses. Do not use it on or near the faces of babies and young children, or during pregnancy without your doctor's advice.
